Between Tulemar Bungalows and Buena Vista Luxury Villas, we offer 4 unique room categories on a lush hillside overlooking the spectacular shoreline of our private beach, including the two- and three-bedroom Premium Villas, One-Bedroom Select Villas, and Junior Suites at Buena Vista, as well as the beach bungalows of Tulemar Bungalows. Ideal for discerning guests, each of our air-conditioned villas were designed to showcase the stunning surroundings that we call home.

Terms & Conditions
- Rates include accommodations only
- Tax of 13% not included in rates
- Tulemar fee of 3% not included in rates
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Children 10 years and under accompanied by an adult are free
- Pets are not allowed
- All units are non-smoking
- $30 for each additional adult per unit per night, plus tax and Tulemar fee
- 25% non-refundable deposit due upon request
- Full non-refundable payment due 30 days prior to arrival
- All payments are non-refundable
- December 17, 2013 to January 2, 2014 & December 18, 2014 to January 4, 2015 require a 7 night minimum stay
- All reservations for travel between December 17, 2013 to January 2, 2014 must be paid in full by June 1, 2013, unless otherwise specified in your confirmation.
- All reservations for travel between December 18, 2014 to January 4, 2015 must be paid in full by June 1, 2014, unless otherwise specified in your confirmation.
- Junior Suites have a maximum occupancy of 3 people
- All Bungalows & One Bedroom Select Villas have a maximum occupancy of 4 people
- Casa de las Flores has a maximum occupancy of 5 people
- 2 Bedroom Premium Villas have a maximum occupancy of 9 people
- 3 Bedroom Premium Villas have a maximum occupancy of 11 people
