Between Tulemar Bungalows and Buena Vista Luxury Villas, we offer 4 unique room categories on a lush hillside overlooking the spectacular shoreline of our private beach, including the two- and three-bedroom Premium Villas, One-Bedroom Select Villas, and Junior Suites at Buena Vista, as well as the beach bungalows of Tulemar Bungalows. Ideal for discerning guests, each of our air-conditioned villas were designed to showcase the stunning surroundings that we call home.

Terms & Conditions of our Luxury Resort in Costa Rica
- Rates include accommodations only
- Tax of 13% not included in rates
- Tulemar fee of 3% not included in rates (does not apply to Bungalows)
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Children 10 years and under accompanied by an adult are free
- Pets are not allowed
- $30 for each additional adult per unit per night, plus tax
- 25% deposit due upon request
- Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
- All payments are non-refundable
- December 19, 2010 - January 2, 2011 require a 7 night minimum stay
- All reservations for travel between December 19, 2010 - January 2, 2011 must be paid in full by June 1, 2010, unless otherwise specified in your confirmation.
