Concierge Services
Our Manuel Antonio resort’s concierge is on- site from 6:00am - 10:00pm, and will
assist you with all of your daily needs, which may include:

Booking your tours: Our concierge staff regularly meets with tour operators and actually take their tours to ensure that their staff is professional, the tour is safe and that the operator is insured. Our concierge has a catalog of all of the brochures for the area tours. You can sit back, relax and review the offerings, then simply discuss what you would like to book, and our concierge will provide input and advice and take it from there.

Transportation: We can assist with local taxis as
well as drivers to take you to both the airport in Quepos
and the international airport in San Jose.

Restaurants: Learn about the local restaurants, book
reservations, and arrange for transportation to the
dining destination of your choice. There are many restaurants
within walking distance and your concierge will assist you
with directions.
Tulemar Beach Attendant
There are many services available to you at the exclusive
Tulemar Beach in Tulemar Gardens; our attendant is there
to assist you in any way he/she can, including:

Setting up your sling lounge chair and/or umbrella

Serving food and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
All meal and beverage services can be charged to your
villa.

Distributing and collecting beach towels
-
Contacting the courtesy van to drive you back to
your villa after a day at the beach

Managing guest rentals of the following:
Courtesy Van
Buena Vista Luxury Villas offers a courtesy van for guests.
This van transports guests from the main gate to our reception
area, to the pools, to the villas, and to our exclusive
Tulemar Beach. At any time, your concierge or beach attendant
can call the van for your needs. Hours: 10am - 6pm.
Pool Bar
There are 3 pools on the Buena Vista Luxury Villas property.
At least one of these pools offers beverage service of both
alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Charging to Your Costa Rica Beach Villa
We require a credit card be placed on file upon check in
to your villa, after which you can charge the following
services to your villa:

Tulemar Gardens is a gated community

24-hour security staff

Safes are located in each bedroom of each villa
-
For additional safety, always lock your front door and your exterior bathroom doors (feature of the Premier Villas only)

Grocery Shopping
We will be happy to shop for you and stock your Villa with food and/or beverages. We have a simple form for you to complete, and all you have to do is submit it to us before your arrival or complete it on-site and we will take care of the rest. A $25 service charge applies.
